$0.00

Build stronger, more collaborative classrooms with trust-building activities, conflict management tools, and peer assessment templates designed for middle school and adaptable for all ages. These resources help students learn how to work together, fostering accountability, empathy, and community.

Description

This free resource collection supports educators in building collaborative, trust-centered classroom communities. Developed by Dr. Tracy Castro-Gill and their former 6th grade teaching partner, Andrew Chase, these materials include the Red/Green Game for establishing trust, a Conflict Management Flowchart to guide students in resolving disagreements independently, and a Peer Assessment Packet to help students evaluate their collaboration skills.

Grounded in Ethnic Studies principles of shared power, reflection, and mutual accountability, these tools teach students that collaboration is a skill, not an assumption. Designed for middle school but easily adaptable for all learners, this resource helps educators nurture empathy, self-awareness, and collective responsibility in their classrooms.
