The Curriculum Coaching Add-On provides personalized, one-on-one support with Dr. Tracy Castro-Gill, co-founder and Executive Director of Washington Ethnic Studies Now. With over 15 years of experience as an educator, curriculum designer, and statewide leader in Ethnic Studies, Dr. Castro-Gill helps teachers and schools bring justice-centered learning to life in the classroom.

Coaching sessions are tailored to your specific goals, whether you’re adapting WAESN curriculum for your students, designing an Ethnic Studies course from scratch, or integrating anti-racist, identity-affirming practices into existing lessons. About Your Coach
Dr. Tracy Castro-Gill (PhD, Education: Curriculum, Instruction, Assessment, and Evaluation) is a nationally recognized Ethnic Studies educator and advocate. As the Executive Director of WAESN, they have trained thousands of Washington educators, advised the State Board of Education on statewide Ethnic Studies implementation, and co-authored OSPI’s Washington State Ethnic Studies Framework. Their experience as a classroom teacher, district program manager, university lecturer, and published scholar grounds their approach in both research and practice.
